Personal Trainer for clients that are 65 and older in the Pasco county area of Florida near Land O Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Dade City and Zephyrhills. My goal is to keep you healthy, strong and moving safe through out you're day. With my services I will improve your ROM, increase your strength, decrease your fall risk, improve your endurance, and maintain your functional mobility. First day orientation is $25.
